UDK Chromatic Aberration Post Process

Another post process shader for the UDK, this time chromatic aberration.
The performance impact is roughly 10% - tested on a low end GT520 gfx card.

The effect can be helpful to realize some kind of technical/electrical malfunction, espacially if it's 'animated'.
Perhaps you remember the nano suite in crysis at this point.
